C\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9quipe Phytolab de Nantes qui est retenue. Phytolab s\u2019inscrit dans les \u00e9tudes de la Fabrique Urbaine mais certaines modifications<br>sont demand\u00e9es par les associations, fondatrices des Amis des Allumettes, et accept\u00e9es, pour partie, par Podeliha. Parall\u00e8lement, pour arriver \u00e0 boucler le financement de ce projet urbain difficile, Podeliha demande que soit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le projet un magasin Lidl de \u00ab&nbsp;nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration&nbsp;\u00bb avec l\u2019engagement de transformer la halle H en parking public\/priv\u00e9. Les associations acceptent ce projet sous r\u00e9serve que la mairie s\u2019engage \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une salle de m\u00e9moire et de r\u00e9union dans cette halle H. Ce qui est accept\u00e9.
